Know what we expect from each other for an enjoyable experience.

The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for all Ancient Thai Bodywork clients.

Appointment Procedure

All our massages are by appointment only. We don’t take walk-ins.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled massage appointment.

Late arrivals may not extend the duration of your treatment and will be charged full price. All massages end at the scheduled time.

The parking is only available at public parking spaces

Intake forms must be completed within 3 hours of booking, except for same day appointments, which must be completed within 30 minutes of booking.

All appointments need to be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with the exception of same day appointments or appointments made within less than 24 hours. Please, also note that these appointments are non-cancellable without incurring the full charge of the treatment booked.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us and the appointments we schedule are reserved specially for you.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable. Therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Because of this, clients are on our waiting list may miss a chance to receive treatment that they have been waiting to schedule.

Any appointments cancelled more than once will be charged a $50 cancelled appointment fee.

No-Shows Policy

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "No-Show". You will be charged a FULL amount for your "missed" appointment. Gift Certificates and/or coupons will be considered redeemed.

Late Arrivals Policy

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is adequately time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually giving responsible for paying for the FULL session. With all your respect and other clients. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
